“Inviting JED Over: How To Go From Beginner To Expert”

What is your dream situation? What would help you to live the life of your dreams and accomplish all that you set out to do? These types of questions usually would help one to truly focus on a very vivid idea of what they want and how to get there. Earlier this week on my Facebook fan page, I revealed the JED way of living life to reach the top of your field. Here is a quick recap:

“Most people who are successful today used a 3-step technique that took them from beginner to expert in a relatively short amount of time. All you have to do is the JED.

JUST LISTEN to those who have done what you want to do and succeeded. Even if no one has done what you want to do, listen to those who have tried and learn from thier failures. (Mentors)

EDUCATE YOURSELF by watching videos, going to seminars, and reading books related toward your ultimate goal.

DO IT and never look back. You will stumble and make mistakes. That’s ok. There is no success without failure. Taking action is 100% more effective than not taking action to begin with.

Make each day and every hour count.”

With the JED technique, it’s relatively easy to reach your mark if one would keep moving forward. I have come to realize that not everybody understands how to use the power of this technique. Here are some tips that will not only help you to fully utilize the JED, but will also lay down a foundation of personal power that will make your dreams come true.

1. Don’t Settle. Many people over time tend to come to a point in their lives where things have been “too hard” to overcome. So they settle for whatever “life” throws their way. JED cannot work if you settle for just any result. If it’s not what you truly want, then you don’t have to accept it. Keep pushing forward and you will eventually reach your mark.

2. Failure is a must. I’m willing to bet $100,000 that those who are successful today has failed at some point on their journey. Not once, but multiple times at that. Failure is a lesson that you should be looking for. No one wins every single time and neither will you. However, if you see failure as a winning lesson to be learned, you grow wiser and there would be absolutely nothing in this world that could stop you from reaching your goals.

3. Cook the crabs. There will ALWAYS be someone out there who will try to pull and keep you down as you are moving up. Many people have the “crab in the bucket” syndrone. This is normal. But don’t allow what negative people say to deter you from your aspirations and your goals. Your dream, your passion is much more powerful than that. Let anyone who dare try to stop you be burned by your fire of absolute drive and ambition. Remember, this is your dream, not theirs. So don’t expect them to care as much about it than you do.

4. Success is about the little things. Success is not this big, gigantic, magical goal that you will reach all at once. It’s about the small accomplishments you make day by day toward your goal.

By keeping these simple tips in mind while applying JED into your life, you will accomplish all that you set out to do. It’s pretty basic, but very effective. Face your giant, champion your career or business, and live your life to the fullest. #LorenzoSellers #faceyourgiant #blueprinttosuccess #thecoachscorner #successexpert
